Headstrong Princess Sigrid von Erboden had life as she knew it ripped violently from under her after her father promised her hand in marriage to the tyrannical King Othard Daenott, a man known for wanton cruelty. When she was at her lowest, the princess was offered a way out by the king's abused page boy Mads. They conspired together and successfully killed King Othard on the night of the wedding, legally leaving his kingdom to Sigrid. Once the worst was over, Sigrid embraced her new role as King and tried to start repairing the damage caused by Othard's much-hated rule. However, this proves more difficult than Sigrid initially thought as she slowly learns Othard was far from the most dangerous monster in the land. In fact, the most heinous kings may have been the ones Sigrid has been closest to all her life...

When an unfortunate accident leaves your spirit stranded from your body, you find a home in the land just between dreams and reality with a strange yet welcoming commune of beings who refer to themselves as "Echos". The Echos, born out of the collective human consciousness, live an existence parallel to the material world. They are able to perceive and be affected by humankind's actions, but are rarely able to interact with them directly. Will you do what it takes to protect your new home when an unforseen enemy threatens not only the Echos' way of life, but the fate of the entire world as well?
The god of day has privatized the sun, allowing humankind only one hour of complimentary sunshine a day and capitalizing off of their need for light to survive. This proves to be a very lucrative business model, but for just how long can you get away with hiding heaven behind a paywall?
